To keep you cooking, the bramley is a basic support plan giving you unlimited email and telephone support and advice including remote access repairs and service, where applicable*
The Pippin from £150 per year
Similar to The Bramley but with all workshop labour and an annual MOT included,
Also save money on any neccessary onsite callouts and labour charged at discount rates
The Golden Delicious from £225 per year
Similar to The Pippin but with all Onsite labour included
For Business and Heavy users
Traditional support
A support contract from Apple Crumble covers all labour and callout charges for the duration of the contract, with guaranteed response and fix times.
Unlimited email and telephone support is also provided with Remote management facilities where applicable (Extra setup charges may apply).
R.I.P.E.
Apple Crumble’s r.i.p.e. is a new type of service contract that is proactive rather than reactive and tailored specifically to your needs. For a monthly fee we aim find and solve problems before you know about them by regularly servicing all apple hardware, software and peripherals with our custom set of diagnostic, repair and cleaning tools. Why wait for the worst to happen when in most cases, it can be prevented. Ultimately we hope to minimise the cost, stress and downtime that is inevitable when systems go unchecked.
